The company that made my salt and pepper mills sells a wood tray as an accessory. Well, I like to keep the mills close to the stove for cooking. I also keep the EVO (extra-virgin olive) oil, as well as the cheaper stuff (for cooking) close to the stove. So, to keep the stove area from looking cluttered, I made my own tray for all four vessels.
