Welcome to the 21st century! The little orange squares are LEDs. And, while this fixture looks a lot like a standard fluorescent, the "bulbs are missing!" But these little guys, while initially more expensive, are much brighter, much cooler, much more efficient (and therefore, cheaper to run), and will last longer than any bulb unit.
