After a bowl of porridge and fresh fruit, here's MORE breakfast - scrambled eggs, bacon and blood pudding! The blood pudding (aka blood sausage) is a
sausage, sliced and fried up in a skillet, just like any breakfast sausage. Tastes like - sausage, but with a little bit of a crunch - which is the
grain (barley, wheat, or oats) added to the meat & blood. Probably isn't going to be found on anyone's Sedar table!! Haven't seen it
at our Kroger either. Did go back for some more the next day. (Deb was not keen on trying it! More for me...)
