My father was a serious (40 colonies) bee-keeper, but I had NEVER seen/tasted this before: White Honey (butter).
Crystalized honey harvested before the main/regular honey crop. Tasted just like - HONEY! Because it was crystalized,
it spread on your toast with the consistancy of apple butter. Produced by the same bees that made the "normal" colored honey.
